Shipping & Returns

UK Delivery

We offer free shipping on all orders over £50 dispatched to the UK and Ireland. All orders under £50 are subject to our standard shipping charge of £3.99.

Our standard delivery time to the majority of UK addresses is 2-3 days and items are shipped via a signed for mail service. If you have a shipping service preference, please feel free to contact us with the details and we may be able to cater to your needs.

International Delivery

International shipping costs are based on a country by country basis. All costs are calculated during checkout process. 

Our standard delivery time for items dispatched outside of the UK is 5-10 working days, and items are always shipped via a recognised courier service.

Please note that customers are responsible for paying any applicable import duties and taxes levied by their government. Please check with your relevant import department for further information.

Custom Order Dispatch

We aim to dispatch all custom orders and size requests within 2 weeks of order confirmation, although it may be quicker depending on material stock and studio workload. Once your order has been received and processed we will contact you with an estimated dispatch date.

Refunds and Exchanges

You can return your order with genuine reason for a full refund within 14 days of receiving your goods, as long as the item(s) is returned to us unused and in the original packaging with no damage or alterations.

You can exchange your order for a different design or size within 14 days of receiving your goods, as long as the item(s) is returned to us unused and in the original packaging with no damage or alterations.

To return your item(s) you will need to use a trackable mail service, with insurance, and pay the full postage charge(s). It is recommended that you obtain proof of postage at time of shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

All returned goods will be inspected on return and must be in perfect condition. Please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order if you wish to exchange or return any item(s).

For any exchanged items, please bear in mind that if we do not have your size in stock you will need to allow 2-3 weeks for your new item to be made and shipped.

We will not accept returns on custom orders unless they are damaged in transit or defective when first received.

By making a purchase from us you are agreeing to the returns policy.

Custom Order Re-makes

We pride ourselves on having happy customers and do everything we can to make the perfect hat or garment for each individual.

Please be aware that when we re-make an item we cannot guarantee that it will be an exact copy of the original due to the variations in hat style, size and materials. However, we always do our best to re-create the original as closely as possible.
